You are the Managing Director of Customized Casino Games LTD.,
a company located in the United Kingdom.
Q: What is Customized Casino Games LTD's corporate vision and strategy?
Do you plan to focus on land-based gaming clients, or will online gaming
continue to be a major part of your business? Do you have any new games
lined up for the online market?
A: Basically the majority of our business comes from land-based casinos. Although ‘Blackjack Switch’ is relatively new in the USA there are over 20 tables installed in European casinos, mainly in Russia. I plan to incorporate ‘Blackjack Switch’ onto other platforms i.e. slot machines, as well as continue with the development of other ideas that I have.
Already I have received a request from a Las Vegas casino who wishes to sponsor my new game (a Blackjack add-on) and I haven’t even fully released it yet. It’s due to be installed into casinos in Moscow, at the end of this year, and if the impact is good then I expect it to make its way across the Atlantic sometime next year. I also plan to follow up my new idea in an online environment and will be more than happy to keep your readers informed of the progress that it is making.
I am also involved in a Hold’Em casino poker game, with another company called Millennium Games, and it is an exciting time to be involved with poker especially considering the current climate and TV coverage that the game is receiving.
Q: Could you expand a little on your new Blackjack add-on. Is this new
game just as innovative as Blackjack Switch. Will it offer an house
edge comparable to Blackjack Switch?
A: It's an electronic add-on that adds a new level
of excitement to the regular game and is totally different to anything
out there at the moment. The house edge will be around 4% BUT
it will run over several hands so should level out at roughly 1% per
hand played. The feedback from the few casinos that I have mentioned
this to has been tremendous and I already have a casino in Las Vegas
that wishes to sponsor the game. Also, it's nothing like 'Blackjack
Switch'.
Q: With regard to the Hold'em poker game your are working on, is this
a standard Texas Hold'em poker game or will this game add a new twist
to Texas Hold'em, just as Blackjack Switch did to regular Blackjack.
A: It's pretty much a Hold'em poker game with the casino
being the banker. It's installed in around 10 countries in Europe
but has yet to make the American market although it will be exhibited
at the show in Las Vegas. We also have TCS/JohnHuxley
involved so that gives us a little more weight in the market.
We would like to thank Geoff for giving us the opportunity to interview
him. We've enjoyed his very outspoken and detailed answers to all
of our questions. We wish Geoff and his company, Customized Casino
Games LTD., the very best in their present and future projects, and
we have no doubt we will hear a lot more of Geoff and his innovative
casino and poker games in the not so distant future. Thanks again,
Geoff, hope to talk to you soon!
