The Big One For One Drop was held in 2012 and sold out with a total of 48 players putting up the $1 million dollar entry. The 2014 event will take place from June 29th through July 1st. The amount of entrants this time will be raised to 56 so the first place prize will be more than $20 million if every spot is taken. “I can’t wait to defend my title,” said Esfandiari. “The event was life-changing, but so was my trip to El Salvador after it with the One Drop organization to see first hand what a difference the money raised from this event can do for those in dire need of help.”
