In No Limit Texas Hold’em, the professional player will exploit the weaknesses of other players. When analyzing and scouting out a potential poker table, the professional will look for weak players. Many times the weak players will play too many hands and the professional will exploit that weakness. Finding these players is not that difficult since they seem to enter every single pot.

Many players that play a lot of hands also play them rather recklessly. Such players tend to overplay these poker hands that they shouldn’t have been playing in the first place, calling with anything, raising with almost anything and doing so with such frequency that the professional poker players take advantage. It is not a coincidence that professional poker players make money. They look for every advantage they can find and that means exploiting the weaknesses of other players at the poker table.

The goal for professional poker players is to make money, plain and simple. One of the main ways they do this is by taking advantage of weaker players at the table. When considering potential poker opponents, professional poker players are looking to add to their percentages and make themselves prohibitive favorites in every hand that they play. Finding weak poker players is one way that professional poker players press their advantage.
