March 30, 2007 - Gary Stephen Kaplan was arrested late Wednesday, March 28, in the Dominican Republic, U.S. Attorney Catherine L. Hanaway for the Eastern District of Missouri announced today.

WTO rules US internet gambling ban is illegal

March 30, 2007 - The World Trade Organization (WTO) ruled today that the US internet gambling ban continues to violate the free trade agreement by discriminating unfairly against foreign betting companies. According to the WTO the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) confirmed the US is in violation.
