Delegates at the annual GIGSE conference will confirm that Montreal
is a great city for conferencing, and Bullet Business has locked on
to it's unique French-Canadian appeal it seems.
The company is busy putting together the Poker Summit North America
convention, which will take place at the Ritz Carlton in Montreal
on October 3 and 4 this year. It may be starting to get a little chilly
in the Great White North by then, but we are assured that the trip
will be worth it!
The idea behind Poker Summit North America is to bring together people
from the diverse and interesting sectors that make up the overall
poker industry. The organizers want to see representatives from online
poker businesses, land-based casinos, iTV and the marketing industry
all coming together to discuss regulations for poker, marketing campaigns,
customer retention and a host of other topics that are of management
and operational interest.
The speaker list, which is still abuilding includes: David Carruthers,
BetonSports chief executive; Jeffrey Haas, Ongame Network director
of product management; Liam Casey, Sports Interaction casino and poker
manager; Mickey Charles, The Sports Network president and CEO; and
Congressman Jim Kaster, North Dakota House of Representatives.
