Britney Spears will most probably not win the 2006 World Series of Poker, but who knows what might happen, as it was reported this week by various entertainment magazines, that the Spears family is no stranger to the game of Poker. Britney, accompanied by the complete Spears family, including husband Kevin Federline, showed up at a launch party for her father's new poker software.
The new poker software, called the "Palms Home Poker Host", was developed by Britney's father Jamie Spears and his brother Brian Spears in a joint venture with Cool Hand Luke, LLC, and the Palms Casino in Las Vegas. The software can be used to professionally host home poker games with up to 100 players. The suggested retail price is $29.99.
The program features a Tournament Planner and Director module, and takes care of everything except dealing the cards. Eight different Texas Holdem variations are also included.
Other important Spears news that became public at the launch party was:
- Britney's husband, Kevin Federline *does* change diapers of little Sean Preston Spears.
- Britney and Kevin are still very much an item, despite recent rumors, and arrived at the party hand in hand.
- According to Britney's mother Lynne Spears, Kevin does *not* spend his wife's money on wild parties.
- Britney doesn't let anyone hold little Preston, except for her mother Lynne.
- Sean Preston Spears is reported to laugh all the time.
