Bluff Magazine has added two well-known poker experts to it's growing staff of columnists: Mike Caro and Phil "Unabomber" Laak. It also signed a content partnership deal with Jim Feist's Proline, America's longest running sports handicapping TV show.
Mike Caro, the "Mad Genius of Poker", was a contributor to Doyle Brunson's Super System, and is the author of Mike Caro’s Book of Tells, a highly recommended book if you're interested in the psychology of poker. Mike is also the founder of the Mike Caro University of Poker and is a world class draw poker player.
Phil Laak is one of poker's most eccentric personalities. The TV cameras love him because of all the weird things he says and does when at the table. Phil has won the WPT 2004 WPT Invitational in Los Angeles, and almost won his first WSOP bracelet this year, only to be beaten by Johnny Chan at the final table.
Phil Laak and Mike Caro join a growing team of Bluff Magazine columnists including Annie Duke, Antonio Esfandiari and Marcel Luske, to name a few. Bluff Editor Michael Caselli commented: “Their poker expertise notwithstanding, they are undeniably the two most colorful, interesting and absolutely crazy characters you’ll come across in the world of poker. They’re going to fit right in.”
Bluff Magazine is one of largest poker magazines in the U.S. with it's claimed circulation of close to 250,000 copies. It recently signed a content partnership deal with Jim Feist Sports, who produces Proline, America's longest running sports handicapping TV show. Every Saturday morning one of Bluff's poker experts will feature on Proline in "The Poker Corner".
