PokerStars.com well represented at WSOP

The management at Poker Stars.com were feeling pretty pleased with themselves last week - it seems that their satellite tournaments provided an impressive seven of the 32 players remaining in the World Series of Poker from a field of almost 2 600 players.

Aficionados of this exciting global competition point out that Poker Stars also provided the previous world champion through the online poker route, Chris Moneymaker.

The field of 32 has this week narrowed to 9 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, and we understand that 3 of the Poker Stars players took the 4th, 5th and 6th positions.
