PokerNetwork, the poker software licensing company has signed its first licensee -London based Sportsbook company Betsson - allowing them to launch their poker site earlier this month.
This licensing agreement allows Betsson customers to play poker games online within the Poker Network community and access the already established base of more than 2,000,000 players worldwide. Poker Network is unique in that it offers Java based, no-download-required, poker software as well as downloadable clients for Windows. As the only product on the market to do so, this enables Mac and Linux users to plug in and play poker within the Poker Network community.
PokerNetwork also licenses its software to PokerRoom.com currently
the world's fifth largest poker site. The objective of PokerNetwork
is to license branded Poker software to high-end Casino and Sportsbook
sites and to provide a seamless poker community, combining breathtaking
game play with state of the art graphics as well as world leading customer
service.
